"Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"Had several plumbers come out and just â repairâ a pipe, but it kept bursting. Mr. Porter and Mr. Lott come out, dug it up and completed replaced it, and I havenâ t had and issue since! "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's. No water problems in basement. He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house. Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future. He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation. Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
