Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. The same technician was sent back, but a few days later the toilet wobbled again. Rooter Express sent a different technician the same day we called. He redid the entire project and a week later the toilet is steady and firm. There were no charges except the original charge. We are now quite satisfied. "

When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. We have a 5 year warranty and when I called them up to discuss these issues on 3 different occasions I was told someone would come out and that never happened. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I strongly urge no one to go there. My husband and I will definitely need the job re-done in the next couple of years. "We hired Performance Energy to air seal our attic and add additional insulation. Their representative provided a clear explanation of their process and provided a thorough assessment of our home's energy concerns. I had already done a lot to the house, so I was pleased to have a second set of eyes evaluating my work. They arrived with a crew of four, three were in the attic for several hours sealing all the gaps and cracks between the attic and the living space. They also used a thermal camera to check for leaks in my HVAC ductwork that was in the attic - prior to insulating. Once all the sealing was complete, they proceeded to add additional insulation throughout the attic. The only snafu was their generator died. We looked at the electrical connections and found the brushes in the motor had overheated and melted. It took about an hour to get a replacement generator and they were able to finish the project. Other than the generator - things went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you want to make your house more energy efficient. Don't add extra insulation until you have air-sealed!!"
