However, your recent review is both misleading and speculative. To be clear: we did not avoid your calls. We are a busy, in-demand company, and at times, there may be a delay in response, especially during peak season. Jumping to the conclusion that we were ?cowardly avoiding? you because we supposedly wanted more money is not only false?it?s insulting. If you had concerns or were willing to ?work with us,? a simple follow-up message or voicemail would?ve sufficed. Furthermore, using religious overtones to imply divine favor because you chose another company is not only unnecessary but inappropriate in the context of what should have been a straightforward business transaction. We?re glad you found a company that met your expectations, but publicly attacking our character with dramatic assumptions is both petty and unfair. We stand on the belief that God looks after everyone. We stand by our pricing, our professionalism, and our ethics. And we certainly do not tolerate being labeled as dishonest simply because you didn?t get a quicker callback.
