Greg and his crew removed the old insulation, sanded and treated the floor joists and flooring, installed a french drain system around the perimeter, installed a 20 mil. liner, sealed the openings, and connected the crawl space to an HVAC duct. The crawl space now looks terrific: you could eat off the floor. Greg provided superior service and workmanship. When I first asked him for an estimate, he provided me with links to online resources about the benefits of a conditioned crawl space.
