"As far as the foundation stabilization/ lifting is concerned I believe they did a good job. As far as repairing plumbing etc not so good. One water line was breached, which was no big deal, it's the repair that was poor. The pipe was not glued back together properly, coming apart sometime in the middle of the night. Two of the three legs of this tee fitting failed due to gluing."

"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. "They showed up for the bid on time and were very pleasant. The quote came by email. When I accepted the quote, the scheduled the work promptly and actually showed up to do it. My office manager paid for the work without confirming that it had been completed. I had 5 stumps that had not been ground. I contacted the company, having little faith that they would return in my lifetime to complete this work. They answered the phone, scheduled a time, came back and did what they said they would. "Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
