They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. My office manager paid for the work without confirming that it had been completed. I had 5 stumps that had not been ground. I contacted the company, having little faith that they would return in my lifetime to complete this work. They answered the phone, scheduled a time, came back and did what they said they would. "Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
