"When I first visited the CPR website, I saw the company’s website was backed by the “LifeTime Warranty” via their home page. I had a screen replaced due to water damage on 06/12/20 Exceptional service from the assistant manager Nick! I was truly impressed. Yesterday visit on 08/09/20 was appalling experience. When I came in the store at opening 1pm, I explained my phone had NOT been exposed to water and the same issue occurred previously, my phone screen went black. The technician immediately admitted to only having 2 skills: screen repair and battery repair. He later said it may take 2 days to repair my phone. I explained that I could not go 2 days with out my phone, he said he will try to get it fixed by the end of the business day (6pm). Then he called 40 minutes later to advise the screen needed to be repaired and I would have to pay $300 to replace the screen. I returned to the store and asked if I could speak with a manager. I did not think it was right that a NEW phone screen should only last me a little over 1 month with no water damages, drops, or issues on my behalf. The manager was NOT in store. The technician went back and forth texting the manager “how to negotiate with me” instead of fixing the issue or picking up the phone to speak with me as any customer service business would do. I literally had to beg to get the manager on the phone to come up with a solution. I just paid for a brand-new phone screen in June and I do not think it was right for me to pay again. A NEW phone screen should last you more than 1 month. The manager Mark was not friendly and did not want to help me from the beginning of the phone call. I could tell I was intruding on his day off because he was rushing me to get off the phone, he kept cutting me short and interrupting me during the phone call. He completely lost his cool and yelled loudly over me, would not let me explain my perspective, insulted me with names, and said he would not service me. I told him that he was very unprofessional, and this was poor customer service. Mark did not seem to care and continued to get angrier when he told me he refused to service my phone. He was overly emotional and could not control his temper. When I asked for his full name, he refused, the only information I have is Store Manager Mark 770-433-1639. Mark was HOSTILE and short tempered. Do not expect any customer service from him at all. In a customer service driven industry, it is the ONLY tool that sets your business apart from the competitors. Also, online reviews can help other customers avoid being treated in such a way. I do not think a customer service driven industry like CPR should even operate without a manager or supervisor. It was unfair to the technician because he was not equipped to make any decisions and openly admitted to not having all the training to completely service me. It takes about 15 minutes to repair an iPhone screen. Please do not let businesses like this trick you into thinking it takes 2 days!! Also, the corporate website allows you book appointments with the store hours being different. On my first visit, I had to wait over 1 hour for the store to open because the hours of the store differ from the website. The date on the receipt is also wrong. I visited the store on 06/12/20. The Receipt states 06/19/20. Overall this business needs a complete revamp! 0 Star Rating!"
