CPR® Cell Phone Repair of Atlanta

Over the holiday weekend something happened to the micro USB (charging port) on my Nexus 5.  It appeared to be crushed.  I made *many* phonecalls around the Atlanta area looking for someone to fix the problem.  One company wouldn't look at it without a service fee.  Everyone else had to order the part and I would have to wait until later in the week for the repair.  The guys at CPR had the part in stock, and said they could fix it that day.  True to their word, I walked in at 4pm, and walked out at 5pm with the phone repaired (and at the price they quoted me).

Wonderful. I'd called a few places and some didn't repair cell phones at all, many didn't have the part for my phone, and two could fix my phone within the next week or so. I thought I had a second phone so was willing to wait, but the next morning dropped that one in water (ahem)! (Seriously, I've never broken a phone in 15 years of owning them, and I broke 2 in 2 days!). So I was very anxious to get my phone fixed quickly. I called CPR and they had the part, said I could bring it in immediately and they'd get it back to me in an hour and a half. And that is what they did. They were  very pleasant, and very fast and professional at the desk. There was no waiting around forever for someone to get to you, no book of forms to fill out, no gimmicks, no extra sales attempts. It took about 2 minutes to drop the phone off, and about 2 minutes to pick it up. It looks and works good as new and was as painless as they could make it. The price wasn't great, but it was comparable to the two other businesses that would fix it 'in a few days or so'.

Fast, friendly, high quality service.

I took phone in to have glass replaced. They stayed late after closing to get the job done. I had problems with the repair afterwards and experienced difficulties with the one of the employees. After the owner got involved he went far and beyond to make it right. I would definitely use them again!

Person on phone seemed quite helpfull but attendant in store seemed somewhat surly. Did not repair my phone there because of the attitude and the cost was prohibitive.

The service was good. I have used them twice in a month.

I dropped my Gallaxy S3 that recently bought. The phone still works fine but the front glass cracked. I called and got an estimate. Not having any idea what it would cost to fix, I was disappoint that the price was higher than I expected. He was very nice and suggested I call around. I called my cell phone provide and they quoted me the exact same price. When I'm ready to get it fixed I will definitely go to the Cell Phone Repair Center. He said he can have it fixed in about 2 hrs.

My iPhone got wet and was having problems with the charger port and home button. I went to the Kennesaw location. They fixed my phone in less than an hour. It works better than before the water damage. This service is so much cheaper than buying a new phone. I was very pleased!

They gave me a quote on the phone. They stuck to the quote, and did the work whilst I waited.
