I brought my computer to Metro Computer last Friday, and they had it ready within a few hours. I picked it up the next day, and they let me test it out to see if it was indeed running faster, and it was! I feel like I have two retina ready Macbook Pros. In addition, my computer was cleaned on the inside and outside. I couldn't be more impressed. I'm high on Metro Computer!
My laptop had been running increasingly loudly and slowly, and simple tasks were requiring an inordinate amount of time to complete. As I am not computer savvy, I was concerned about taking my computer to someone who would charge an exorbitant price for extra services that I didn't need. Having read some positive reviews online, I decided to try Metro Computer. Technician Vu was very polite and patiently explained the problem and my options, and I am now happily typing this review on a quiet and speedy laptop. I thank Metro for solving the problem with efficiency and professionalism.
Still, all went fine. Indeed when I took it home there was no problem. The even better news was, since they could find nothing wrong, NO CHARGE!!!
