I brought my phone in on 5/24/2016, the phone had mud damage to the phone and i asked the girl to see if it was repairable. She took the phone apart and said that we would need to replace the battery and the screen to see if that would fix the problem. she put both items on the phone and said that would fix the problem. i said to go ahead and replace the parts if that would fix the phone, she said the total would be $170.00. After she completed the work it was close to closing time and she said that the phone was showing that it is searching for service all i would have to do is switch the phone to airplane mode and then switch it back. when i got home this the phone would not work and continuously searches for network. I took the phone back the next day and explained that it was not working and i had to deal with another girl who would not give me her name, she told me that that procedure would work 99.9% of the time but it did not work on mine. After many test on the phone they said i would need to replace the antenna's on the phone and it would be another $80.00 plus tax. i told them the only reason that i had them repair the phone was that they said it would work after i spend the $170.00. i asked to just refund the 170.00 and they refused and said the parts were now used even thought the phone will not work. I had asked that they email me the receipt the day before and of course they did not. I asked for a receipt for the work and they actually gave me a receipt with another customers name on the receipt. i then asked to speak to a manager and she was reluctant to give me that information she finally gave me a phone number with the name Brandon to call but said he was out of town and would not respond. He nor any one from the company have responded to me as of today. i had another estimate from a cell phone repair company that stated if the parts did not fix the phone they would charge me a $39.00 service fee, I should have used them instead of trusting Cellairis. I also reached out to the corporate company customer service line and I still have not received any follow up.

My daughter had a broken screen on her iPhone 6. We walked in and they repaired the phone very promptly. They changed it out perfectly.

I dropped my Galaxy S4 on pavement and cracked the front glass.  Riana did an excellent job - she was professional and very knowledgeable.  The repair was finished in about an hour and a half, and the phone now looks like it's brand new.  I highly recommend iDeviceMD (and Riana).

The repair is excellent quality, can't tell it from new. Only negative was responsiveness; not always easy to get through to them, but well worth it. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I will definitely us again.

The provider called promptly (approx 15 minutes after request placed online). My situation is a bit unusual, in that I have already repaired the iPad 2 digitizer only to find that it would not charge when I was done. When I told this to the person who called, I was told that they did only screen and lcd replacement and did not work on charging issues - even though the website clearly offers battery replacement.
Further, I was also told that they have a policy of not accepting items that have been repaired by someone else. While I can understand the motivation behind this policy, I would think it would be enforced on a case by case basis and that they would at least inspect the unit before refusing to service it.
As it happens, I have been repairing my own computers, appliances, devices, etc for nearly 30 years. I was able to verify that the digitizer and power ribbon cable replacements were successful before the battery died and would have been happy to stand by my work and absolve them of any responsibility for that part of the unit. In this instance, I simply don't have the time to troubleshoot the problem and wanted to get my daughters iPad back to her quickly.
To be fair, this company may do excellent work when your needs fall into their pre-defined box. I have no way of knowing, since they refused my business.
Overall, I was quite disappointed by the response from this company. While I know that my situation is not the norm, I do want others that may be in a similar situation to know what my experience was.

These people were great; they repaired 2 ipads for us( the cost above was for two). I had previously tried to repair one of the ipads myself with a you tube video and replacement screen from ebay but found it harder than some of the mac repairs i have done in the past. we replaced one of the ipad screens with an unbreakable screen. the other ipad we thought about junking but decided to repair it anyway and give it away. they were able to fix it better than promised; so that was a pleasant surprise. would not hesitate to use again.

they had repaired my iphone5 shattered screen with such incredible workmanship and qualitity that I decided to have my ipad2 cracked screen repaired also. Made apointment got it when promised, pristine looking. These folks are friendly, professional and most of all knowledgable about what they do and answered my many questions. Tip, make an appointment, I was in and out with in no time. What an amazing experience.

Took a friend to get her phone screen repaired when she dropped hers. upon picking hers up I was very impressed with the prompt service and workmanship. Decided to take mine in on January 2, 2014. They had mentioned a groupon, found the groupon made an apt. promptly got me in and to my surprise was finished in 15 mins. Their professionalism and friendly service are first rate. Great job. I also purchased a package that included the screen protector and a case with an incredible warranty. Taking ipad in also for a new screen!. Make the appointment its faster.
