"We were going to pass.  After I bought the deal I called to see how much they charge for certain things and they have not told me over the phone.  They just wanted outlay on that day for their work.  Well, what I ended up getting the big deal for and what they ended up doing was changing two light fixtures because it was so expensive.  I think I paid more than the big deal because I emailed them that I still have work for them to do and they could have done two light fixtures but it was going to be a different charge, like a $80 extra for what I actually wanted them do."

"I made one phone call and spoke with Dominick. After explaining what issues I was experiencing with my system, he diagnosed my system may have a obtained a virus. He suggested that I allow him remote access to my system so he could take a look at what was going on. After gaining remote access he explained everything that was taking place throughout the repair process. After approximately 30 minutes my computer system was operating ten times faster than before. He explained in deep detail what I needed to do to ensure my system maintained normal operating speed. He is professional, articulate, patient and thorough.bb

Sometimes, the best measure of service is when things don't go right
.I hired LLE to get Wifi to some parts of my house that weren't getting signal. They put together a system where the house wiring carries the DSL signal to repeaters in the parts that weren't getting signal. They also installed a system that turns my Kindle into a remote that runs the home theater through the Wifi.
It worked great. Except I kept getting knocked off line, and would have to reboot the modem, which was in the basement. I run my business out of my house, so when the Internet is down, so am I
Here's where the service comes in.Travis Boles came back three times, including Easter Sunday, traveling long distance each time. Finally, he replaced the modem and all the wiring and connections from the the point of entry to the modem. Whatever it was, that fixed it.Have signal everywhere, and never get knocked off.
They were absolutely determined to get it right, They were calm, professional and and good natured throughout -- even with my occasional whining.
Summary: very knowledgeable, superior service, good guys.
