Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood.     I am very please with the work done and the responsiveness of the team. Dewayne Ivey was my Project Manager. Work was started and completed as promised. There were a few issues, and when I spoke with Dewayne about them, he sent someone immediately out to fix or repair. Soon after my siding was installed, I started to grill out and melted my siding. I asked to have someone come out. Tim Smith came and repair the problem I created at no charge. I just can't say enough about this team. Keep up the excellent work!!

    As we have an oak tree adjacent to our property that drops tons of leaves on our roof in the fall that eventually make it to the gutters, I decided to find gutter guard vendors through Angie’s list. I found 3, one of whom (Taylor Construction) never arrived for an appointment, and two of whom did arrive and quoted installation of gutter guards on our residence. Of the two who quoted, I chose Duffy Roofing and Restoration and am happy that I did! From the 1st appointment, I was confident that Duffy Roofing would provide an excellent product. John Velez from Duffy Roofing was punctual, friendly, courteous and very professional. Bad weather delayed the installation but eventually the gutter guards were installed. After the gutter guard installation, Mr. Velez returned to inspect the gutter guards and gave the installation a thumbs -up. Incidentally, two years ago we hired Duffy Roofing to install a new roof and the results were the same; excellent product, excellent service and excellent warranties.
