Gutter Creations installed new gutters on my residence in 2012 and there have been no issues with them since that time. A few sections of the gutters were accidentally damaged recently, so I reached out to the company for repair assistance. The response was quick, the repairs were completed at a very fair price, and I was treated like a valued customer even after all of these years. The repair team were equally professional, courteous, arrived at the promised time, and thoroughly cleaned up all debris when done. I am very grateful for the level of care, support and customer loyalty shown by this company and highly recommend them.

Workers arrived on time and completed work very quickly. We had to have commercial grade gutters installed in order to prevent water from coming into our garage. Had a good amount of rain overnight and so far, not a drop has come into garage.

He didn’t try to upsell me on some new gutter protection, unlike many other companies that came out. His crew showed up on time and got the job done within the day. Used this company (which sub contracts) for gutters. The gutter crew did not show on the scheduled day. After they did show up and install the gutters with mesh gutter guards, rain poured in one window every time it rained. I called and sent video. Owner of this company asked me what had changed?? Said he'd send someone but never did. After a number of phone calls and text messages with photos, he never showed up and quit answering and responding. I had to pay a separate person to take the gutters down and redo. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

"You are correct about 2 things; We were a day late due to rain and we do pay all our people as independents. The crew that did the install on your home has worked for us since 2004 and is responsible for about 1/2 of our 5-star reviews. As I have mentioned before the leak coming in thru the window is not coming from a gutter. The closest gutter is about 10-15 feet away. The leak is coming from where the DIY porch addition was tied into the existing roof improperly. Debris is gathering in this area building a dam. We have come back on several occasions to blow debris from this area at no cost to you. Nothing in the gutter install could cause water to run uphill 10 feet to appear in that window. If you would like to look into having that addition roof structure altered to stop the leak, possibly I could give you some names. Since that addition was never permitted though, I'm sure that the structure would have to be brought up to code if it is altered."
