"The work performed by Donnie and his team was great. My siding was cracking and falling down due to poor materials and bad installation done by the builder. I love the paint they used to finish the job. I have the best looking house in the subdivision. Donnie also fixed my electrical problems, a plumbing problem I had been having, and rehung my entrance way chandelier. These are all problems created by a not so good builder. "it went incredibly well.  The original scale of work was twice increased as rotten wood and other underlying problems were discovered and they were quick to inform us, even going so far as to send photos vis SMS in addition to calling to describe what they'd found.  Originally, they were brought in to repair window frames and siding, then paint all.  Much rot was discovered underneath and we had them repair that so the job would be done properly and not come back to bite us later.  The chimney was the largest unexpected addition to the work.  As they began to trip off the bad pieces of siding from it, they discovered that the entire structure was rotten.  I could have instructed them to build a simpler structure to hide the flue from the gas fireplace, but wished to keep the house aesthetically consistent with my attached neighbors, so the builet was bitten.  This ran an additional $4,000 or thereabouts.  It was an expensive decision, but sometimes home ownership requires it.
