I am so thankful Donald with Atlanta Tankless responded! He came out on a Sunday within just a couple of hours of our call. He looked at our existing tankless system and offered us a couple of options as to what avenue we could take depending on if we wanted to repair or replace. At no time was there ever any pressure to do one or the other. He simply laid out the choices. We ultimately decided to replace the system as it was older, we had issues with it before, and we didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t want to do a patch job only to have to repair later anyway. He was absolutely awesome. Professional, kind, and the fact that he was willing to come out on Memorial Day Sunday when other companies flat out refused makes him a star in our book. "The first They replaced a kitchen sink faucet. They did an excellent job and were very inexpensive. They did it on a Friday night for me which was very convenient. I used them again after that service and spoke to Carl about a waste water drain line issue i was having. He came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. They came a week later and found that some building debris was the issue for over 21 years. They had to remove some drywall from my ceiling to fix the issue. They limited the amount of ceiling that was removed from using a camera in the pipe. Once they were done, they came and fixed the ceiling and in the end the final price was lower than what they quoted me. needless to say, they are a fantastic company."
