Jeff did a fantastic job at our old house as we prepared it for listing. We were so impressed, we hired him to do it again at our new house! He did a such a great job, a neighbor asked for his info to hire him too! Not only did he do the job as requested, he did extra both times! I highly recommend and urge you to be patient if you have to wait for your turn, it's totally worth it!

It went great!! The 2 story detached garage has a lot of build up debris from the surrounding trees in two location on the roof. Mr. Johnson was very courteous and friendly. He did more than I requested or expected. Not only did he do what I requested, he cleared the leaves out of the gutters on the house and the detached garage. I will definitely use Shinetime Services again and will be happy to recommend the service to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Johnson.

Jeff is a hard worker and very professional. He came to the house earlier and gave us an estimate which we found to be very reasonable. Moreover, the price is very reasonable especially since he does such a thorough job. He arrived promptly, got right to work and was here for over 4 1/2 hours. In addition to the 2 big jobs, he also replaced gutter guards that had come off. Jeff has cleaned our gutters before so we knew we were going to be happy with this service--he didn't fail us. We're so glad we also had him pressure wash the house. It's never looked better! Thanks, Jeff!

Shinetime was hired to clean gutters and pressure wash the buildings and other structures in my condominium complex. Jeff Johnson and his crew did an outstanding job and they were very thorough. Before pressure washing he took the time to pre-treat problem areas. The community front entrance as well as a large brick retaining wall were black with mold and algae, but after being pre-treated and pressure washed they look brand new. The buildings look marvelous as well. After they finished cleaning the gutters on my townhome they did a great job of cleaning up; my backyard patio was spotless. Jeff aims to please and he is very conscientious. For example, at the request of a homeowner in my condo complex, Jeff took special care to pressure wash around a bird’s nest that was high up on the homeowner’s chimney to make sure the eggs were not disturbed and the nest was left intact. Shinetime does a high-quality job and takes special care to meet his customers’ needs. I highly recommend Shinetime and Jeff Johnson. I hope they can come back to our condo neighborhood next year.

Outstanding ! Not only did he do all the required work, but he went above and beyond by cleaning our back deck wall, front / back window trim and deck furniture. Very hard worker and he’s made me a fan of Angie’s List !

Wonderful. Jeff arrived as scheduled and did a great job. I learned that he also does other pressure washing projects and will certainly consider using those services when needed in the future.

He's kind, knowledgeable, patient and very organized person. He came early, he gives advice on how to maintain my gutters. He pays attention to my plants and checked it, he's a good person and a great helpmate. I recommend him all the time and I don't have any plans to hire anybody.

I found Shinetime three years agon on Angie's List. When it came time to wash my house again, I just called them. They came and gave me an estimate, then did the whole job the next day. My house looks like new. My neighbors have started to paint, but I know hardiplank lasts for years. Washing is much less expensive. I couldn't be happier.

Shinetime provided a quote based on photos of the house. Jeff also gave us a senior citizen discount. They were punctual, efficient and thorough. We have a 2-story house with a basement and they cleaned every square inch, even cleaning a stain on the side of the house. I recommend Shinetime to others.

Prompt, professional and the quality of the work far surpassed any other pressure wash company we have used. Each year our HOA requires we pressure wash our driveway as part of their list they send out. So we have done this multiple times. Shinetime Services was able to remove stains that have never been removed by previous companies. Our driveway is 14 years old and looks brand new now. Highly recommend this company.

So pleased that I had to share- I’m very picky when I hire a contractor to do anything and my friends always come to me for recommendations. I just had to brag on Jeff Johnson! He pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk, cleaned my gutters and applied a solution (per shingle manufacturer specifications) to my roof to kill all the ugly mildew. He then rinsed everything several times and made my 11 year old architectural shingle roof look brand new! Note- he did not pressure wash my roof (that is never advised). Please consider using him if you need any of these services. He came on time and was extremely fair with pricing, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.
