"Everything was very good. There were some mixed up because the unit that they arrived was the wrong unit. The warehouse put the wrong unit in the truck which necessitated another drive back otherwise it would have been one day installation but they were nice about it. They were on time and they finished what they said although it took two days. They get to come back the next day with the right unit. The clean up was fine, the people were professional and when they did have to come back the next day they send an extra man to make sure that it would be fast and done within the time limit they have set originally. They sent a written estimate with three different options and follow up telephone call, explained each of the options and more details exactly what the difference were. We were satisfied that we were able to do the purchase and installation within our budget.
