"Francisco did an excellent job. I got about 4 different bids for the job before I decided to go with him. He was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong when he got there, before entering into the crawlspace. The other name brand foundational services are going to price gouge you with the highest margin products they can push onto you. Francisco will give you an affordable solution that is done with great quality. He is EXTREMELY responsive to phone calls which is hard to find. He went out to give me a quote the same day I called him, the other foundational repair companies will need weeks in advance just to schedule a time to quote you. He replaced all my joists, beams, some sill plates, and subfloor for an entire house in a weeks time. He will give you an estimate based on reasonable prices derived from amount of material and labor needed, and an itemized proposal to show you. The other guys will give you a super blanketed quote severely padded. If I run into any kind of flooring or foundational problem I will definitely use him again. Excellent work, Francisco is a rare find for contractors do not hesitate to do business with him."

"Kraig did a phenomenal job on our stone work and water sealing. Great price and high quality detail. Our 10 year old home had a mold issue because the mortar was missing or falling out from our sprinkler spraying it. Kraig filled in all the mortar gaps to ensure no more water can get in the house and then he applied a heavy clear coat of water sealant so that issue won't happen again. He also replaced one stone that had been knocked out (at no additional charge)."

Did the job accurately, which sounds easy, but I have an older house and there were no flanges in place. Even caulked another toilet that wobbles at no additional charge. This is the second time we've had them come out and I couldn't be happier with the work."

"Jim and his crew did an amazing job transforming our backyard of overgrown weeds and bushes into a beautiful, usable outdoor living space. At first the job was just to remove weeds, trimming bushes and like work. However it became obvious he and crew could do much more. Final job included above work, plus old fencing removal and complete fence rebuild including heavy gate, sod installation, and brick patio installation ( I already had the bricks ). In addition we had Jim bring in and lay decorative rock along one section for a stone pathway. Now my wife and I have a nice green lawn, secure fence, and backyard patio to use , relax and enjoy. Project cost was very reasonable considering all work done. But I am convinced the money was very well spent and has added much value to our property. Job very well done !"
