Customers say: Quality work

"From the first call I made I was so impressed. Mr. Craig continually kept me informed as to the day when they would come - when a previous job ran longer than they planned he called to keep me posted and let me know he would be there a day later - then called the night before to confirm again and arrived at the time promised. They did an excellent job - other than missing a very large dead tree on my front yard, you would never know they had been there as every bit of the tree, branches, etc. was removed. He also is an arborist so was able to answer my questions and give me advice about a replacement tree. Can't recommend him highly enough"

"I called 5 different tree services. This was the both the lowest bid and incredibly fast. I spoke with them yesterday around noon when he made an onsite estimate,I agreed to hire them. By 1pm today the stump was done. I am so impressed by this Company! Please give them your project, you will be glad you did."

"Jireh Tree Service did an amazing job removing over a dozen huge Leyland Cypress trees from my yard. They did what seemed like mission impossible within a few hours including grinding the stumps and removing all the trees and debris from our yard. Our neighbors were shocked the next morning to see our trees all gone as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Jireh Tree Service. They are true professionals and their pricing was very reasonable."

"I highly recommend Stallion Tree Professionals to provide excellent service. We had two large palm trees removed, due to hurricane Ian. Their cost was very reasonable. Workers were outstanding and went above and beyond. I would definitely hire again."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

All of the tree root removal methods mentioned above are effective on any kind of root, whether it’s still growing or simply needs a gentle nudge to finish decomposing. The only difference is that larger roots tend to be harder to remove and may require multiple chemical treatments as well as manual labor to eradicate.

On grafted trees, tree suckers will grow from the root stock, not the branches grafted onto it. Therefore, the leaves and characteristics of the suckers aren’t the same as the tree because they are different varieties. Root stock has more hardiness, strength, or drought tolerance than its grafted limbs, so if the suckers are from fruit or flowers, it might be different than the main part of your tree.

Rock salt or Epsom salt can damage and kill tree roots over several weeks and can even assist in removing the tree's stump. However, you need to drill holes or cut into the stump and surface tree roots to inject them properly with the salt. Repeat the process every two weeks until the roots visibly rot away.

Yes, you should trim the lower branches of your maple tree for safety. Trimming maple trees as they grow helps lift the crown and canopy and trains it to grow straight up. A good rule of thumb is to prune enough branches to leave 6 feet of clearance under the tree.

Yes, you can prune a palm tree with a chainsaw, but a chainsaw is overkill for a job like this. You risk damaging the tree if you make a bad cut. More commonly, you’ll need pruning shears or a serrated knife to trim a palm tree, or you can use a specialized pruning saw instead of a chainsaw.
