Customers say: Quality work

"Greg and crew were able to do my work on the same day that I spoke with him. They were amazing! Very kind and great to work with. I had 6 small stumps, they were done in 30 minutes, and did a great job with clean up and even used a blower to clean off my front porch. And the price was so reasonable. Iâ  ll absolutely be calling them again!"

"The service was excellent. I hired LW to cut a large oak tree down overhanging my home. I only asked them to cut the tree down and chip the branches. They went above and beyond by doing that, and cutting most of the tree into firewood. They left the site clean and even managed to work around most of the landscaping that was already in place."

"The crew was on time, started work immediately and completed the job in about 6 hours… cut/remove 2 large plus 6 medium trees, grind all stumps, cut/remove all undergrowth, spread wood chips evenly throughout. Price was significantly lower than other bids I received. Whole process from initial bid request to project completion was 5 days. Quality of service and work were both excellent. Would definitely use again in the future."

"I started by putting my information online for my project. Preston had called me within minutes of submitting my request. I wanted him to install sod, told him I wanted to hurry because fall was coming soon. He droveTo my home very next morning, told me exactly what I needed. Put my order in that very day and my job was completed within that week. These guys had to do a lot of hard work to even get my yard ready for sod. The result was so beautiful I canâ t even believe it is the same place! They also charged me very little money to clear out huge amount of trees on the side of my property. I was very impressed with the amount of work and quality of work that I got for the price that I got. I highly recommend these guys, they seem to be very interested in treating people very fairly"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Absolutely. These steps are significantly easier, too, especially when it comes to preserving the root ball and moving the palm tree. However, you will want to make sure the tree has plenty of fertilizer to establish itself and start growing. Supports may also be more important, as it can take extra time for a potted palm to spread out its roots. If you are transferring a palm to another pot, you’ll want to move up a size or two to a larger pot. Make sure the pot has excellent drainage to keep the palm from getting waterlogged.

Unlike some fruit trees, such as apple, sweet cherry, or pear that require at least two trees for pollination, most peach trees are self-pollinating. This means you can plant just one tree and still expect it to produce fruit, typically within two to four years. For best results, consult with a local landscaper to choose the right peach tree variety for your specific climate, soil type, and yard layout.

The speed of your tree root removal process depends on a few different factors, including the size and type of tree. However, the fastest method of killing tree roots is applying chemical herbicide, which starts working quickly and efficiently. But this removal method has its drawbacks, such as having a negative effect on the surrounding vegetation and landscaping. Other options like rock salt and stump grinding work relatively quickly and cause less damage to your yard.

Yes, it’s possible to overwater a newly-planted tree. Daily watering is great for the first few weeks, but it’s important not to go overboard. Excessive watering can lead to various problems, including root rot, fungal diseases, and a lack of root development.

The depth of tree roots depends on the species. Trees like oaks and maples can have root systems that grow down 20 feet or more. However, trees that grow in shallow soils will have roots that go only a few feet down. Research how your tree species grows in your climate area to estimate root depth.
