( Example: We dispatch one of our pro's to your home or cabin for a leak in a bathroom. The amount of the service call quoted was $55.00. If our pro can resolve the problem within the first 30 minutes , all that is owed is the initial dispatch fee of $55.00). Note: if the problem is a larger problem, we will let you know what the problem is, what is needed to repair and what the cost is prior to proceeding. We build long lasting relationships with our clients built on trust and we do this by providing fast, cost effective results for full time resedents and absentee owners alike. "The first person who came out did some work on the drain and it stopped leaking in the original location, but started leaking worse in a different location. I called again and The company sent a different person out. He said the first guy had done the repair wrong, and that it was fixed now. However the leak continued. Water was trickling down the interior walls of my house and onto the floors, doing a good bit of damage. I called again, and they sent someone out to look at it, and they told me that my roof was leaking, not the AC. I called out a roofer and a plumber, and neither found a problem. I called the company and asked to speak with the owner several times and never got a call back. The owner finally said he would come to my house with a technician, and he stood me up. I finally called a different AC repair company and they fixed the leak. I do not recommend this company. They do shoddy work, and are totally unresponsive to customer needs."
