The first person who came out did some work on the drain and it stopped leaking in the original location, but started leaking worse in a different location. I called again and The company sent a different person out. He said the first guy had done the repair wrong, and that it was fixed now. However the leak continued. Water was trickling down the interior walls of my house and onto the floors, doing a good bit of damage. I called again, and they sent someone out to look at it, and they told me that my roof was leaking, not the AC. I called out a roofer and a plumber, and neither found a problem. I called the company and asked to speak with the owner several times and never got a call back. The owner finally said he would come to my house with a technician, and he stood me up. I finally called a different AC repair company and they fixed the leak. I do not recommend this company. They do shoddy work, and are totally unresponsive to customer needs.

They sent someone out promptly and tested the freezer and ordered a new compressor. When they located a new one (within 10 days) they came out and installed.

They are the ones that put the whole system in. They are the ones trained in that particular unit. Some people aren't trained in these things. This is an updated system. Some people can't get the parts as quickly.

They were fine. They came out and did the service. If something needs to be fixed under warranty, they get it fixed pretty quickly. Overall, I think they do good work. They are a good company. I think the price is comparable to other air conditioner people I've used over the years. I don't think it's more than I've paid before. I'll continue to use them. They know the unit. They put it in and I feel they are the best ones to do it. They are good. They are not hard to get a hold of and talk to. They are busy and you have to take that into consideration. They are easy to work with. I have no problems with them, overall.

The price is about the norm for what I've paid in the past for others. Basically, I'm using them now because they put the new system in about 4 years ago. I may keep using them after the warranty goes out. They've been fine. There's only a couple of mishaps when they haven't shown up due to something else. I voiced my opinion about that and they are always pretty nice to apologize for that. It's one of those things that I expect someone to call me when they are not going to make it. Somehow the communication got mixed up, but I know it happens sometimes and I'm open minded about that. Overall, they are good. The system is good. It was a system they had promoted several years ago. They did a good job. The unit has proven to be what they said it to be as far as cost effective and everything.

Initially was happy with the work done. But in less than 2 years, the Trane unit that was installed quit working. I called and they sent someone out fairly quickly. The service tech told me the motor would have to be replaced and 2 circuit boards. He would order them that day (Friday) and they should be in Monday. I did not hear anything by Tuesday and I called them. I was not satisfied that I had to call them. Then I was told that I would have to pay a service fee for the repair. Not happy about that either and told them. They said they would call me back. It is now a week after the unit quit, and no one has called or come by to repair the unit. Extremely unprofessional and poor service in my opinion. They got their money for the installation and expressed to me that this was a top of the line unit I invested in. Now, they don't seem to want to back up their touted product. Seems they got upset that I told them I was not happy with the product, now they are going to put me off as long as they can. I will never use nor recommend them to anyone else.

It all went so well, I couldn't have asked for better service!  The Home Energy Improvement Program from Georgia Power is definitely worth the effort. John Anderson is extremely knowledgeable about energy conservation and worked very diligent with me to achieve the highest rebate possible.  I would recommend John Anderson Service Company to anyone needing A/C repair or replacement. The added benefit of a rebate from Georgia Power was just the icing on the top.

He was promoting the product since it was energy efficient. We had a 30 year old heating and air conditioning system and we chose them to reduce on our bills. The bill was almost cut down to half after the installation of the unit.

After the 3rd failure in 8 weeks, we refused to go back to our previous service company. Our warranty company assigned John Anderson Service Company. We contacted them and were put on the schedule for Monday Feb 23. Bobby arrived promptly at 9 AM, looked over our unit and could not find any malfunction. We proceeded to describe our failure, and he immediately looked at the water extraction unit. There was a blockage, which trapped water in the pipe, which FROZE in the cold temperatures, preventing the unit from starting. He took the unit apart, cleaned it thoroughly, put it back together and the unit works like a champ! Working with these folks was a PLEASURE from making the appointment to dealing with the technician. We will RECOMMEND them to EVERYONE, and will use them should we have any further issues.

My tenant called me about a unit not cooling. I called John Anderson and the tech arrived before I could get there. When I eventually talked to the technician (don't remember name) he told me I need to replace the whole system and there isn't anything he could do. It was going to cost me over $6000 to replace. I told him I would get back with him as I had not arrived there yet. Apparently, while I was on the way there my tenant questions the technician about why he hasn't checked certain areas of the system. He was caught not really checking things out and just trying to replace the unit. He also had a bad attitude and was rude to my tenant. The tech finally conceded to fix the problem and charge a service call.

They came out and fixed the problem. Had a helper do the work and was training him. Was a little higher price, for what I paid, I felt that he should have done the work. However, he over saw his trainee the whole time. It has worked fine ever since. The owner was very helpful about making suggestions to make our home more energy efficient, we've since made changes that he suggested which have improved the Heating and A/C flow in our home. We would recommend him and will probably use him again this fall to have everything checked before winter.

Great response to problems with plumbing, heat and air. Recently after a breakdown of the ac unit complete replacement in a clean and timely manner. Even on a emergency replacement pretty good price for the job.

We use a home warranty company that sends them out and every time they've come out they've done a good job. They do the job very quickly and efficiently.

They are a little expensive but they are honest. I have a yearly maintenance plan and they come to my house twice a year to do maintenance. If something goes wrong with my heating or cooling they always come out to fix the problem. I am satisfied with their service and I will continue to use them.
