they came out and gave me a price they advised me to have a bpi done on my house to ensure that I would get the best job done they gave me the best price that I received and also qualified me for 2500 in rebate money from the power company no one else said anything about this and when I asked the about this they said that they knew no such rebates but they were correct they did get me back a rebate. But not the amount that they said. It was for 3200. they did an excellent job put down close to protect my home and when the BPMN came to reinspect after the job was complete he said that this is the normal from them that he does this for them all the time that they're great boy I sure do agree I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family

We called them to installed a new unit, and they came out. This was because our old unit was not cooling the home. We thought they gave us a good deal to install and new system. The following Monday they final gave me prices, but they told us they had to order the unit.

The were late for the first appointment, and they have the proper materials. They left for lunch (and to get more materials), and we were stuck with out air for 2 hours. They were very on professional. Once they finished the job they set the A/C unit at 83 Degree. Later that night the the unit stopped working, because it was not hooked up right. I called them back at are 93:PM, and the rep told me that he would after he picked up some milk for this child. The did not seem to care about the customer, and finally a different rep came to our home at Midnight. The rep that was sent out had to call the installer because the unit was installed in incorrectly. We were without cool air the entire time.

They told us they would come fix it the next day. I was so ashamed when they came back to fix it. They left a mess everywhere. The secerity was the owner daughter, and did not seem to care about my needs.

Finally the owner had to come out, and correct the the problem. Finally they had to come back 2 weeks later to change the setting becuase the unit was to loud. It sounded like a train was coming though the house everytime the unit came on.

Our upstairs hearing and air unit went out.  We called another heating and air company out of Milan TN and they never recturned our telephone call.  Heglar Heating and Air responded right away and was at our home within a few hours!  They checked out our problem to figure out we needed more freon.  They refilled the freon (which was also done last year) and told us that we can get a lot more use out of the unit by refilling the freon before we have to spend $1500 on a new one.  We really appreciated the advice.
