I provided a good deal of information up-front: floorplans from my builder, exact measurements of room, my design preferences - including several stores I like to shop at to give her an idea of my style. After I had provided all of this, Jill said she'd have my designs to me in about 4 weeks. I did not receive them for at least 8-10 weeks, and that was after several emails to her requesting status of the project. If I wouldn't have prodded I'm not sure how long (if ever) I would have received what was promised. When I did receive my designs, they were floorplans, which was as expected. Along with a page or two of copy-and-pasted pictures of a few possible furniture selection. Which was much less than I expected. Based on the description I expected boards, with color selections, upholstery, etc. This was a big disappointment, especially after waiting 2-3 times longer than she had told me it would take."

"On July 21, 2011, at 0710 hours, Advantage Vinyl Siding and Roofing started work on my roof and didnot stop until they finished at 1847 hours. The workers were very professional and their supervisor was on hand to aid/assist them if needed and even Russell showed up several times to make sure that the work was being done RIGHT! I was at home during this whole experience and yes it was very noisy and this crew worked efffortlessly to remove my old roof , old roting wood, trimming tree limbs over my roof , applyijg my new roof and shingles and after completing my roofs throughly cleaning up around my house and garage to make sure that no loose nails were left that could cause harm to me, my cars , and ny pets. I was never interrupted by the work crew and they never came into my home or even asked to use the bathroom, even though I would have let them; but they never did.
