So happy with our new siding from Advantage Home Exteriors, LLC. We still have more we want to get done but this is a great start. They did a great job and everyone was so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them to anyone. AND they do lots of other things besides vinyl siding as well.

It went well. We just had a pretty big rain and it held up great. I had a bunch of quotes and what stuck out was they gave us 3 options, 1, replacing roof, and repair and 3rd the coating. Price very reasonable. I called him on a Sunday and he was out here the very next day.

Since we had our roof replaced, we've called 4 times with leakage problems. We had a big rainstorm a few weeks ago with a tremendous leak in almost the same exact spot called Monday 4 or 5 times with no answer. FINALLY someone answered. Said they would send someone out that afternoon. Man inspected roof and told us, surprise that the shingles in question were never nailed down. Promised to send someone out to fix and inspect ceilings. Another guy came out Tuesday. Told us the same thing. But, told us we had to find our papers or they couldn't do anything my husband said that they should have the papers too, but surprise again, anything older than 3 years get archived and it can be difficult to find. ??? Found our papers and called. No one answered. Left message that we have our papers. No call from them on Wednesday so I called 3 times. No one picked up. Soooo......I Left work and went down to office. They were not happy that I showed up. Gave me a bunch of excuses. Said they would be out the next day at 3. No show. Called me around 6 said they wouldn't be able to come. Geez!! Ya think? Would be out first thing next morning. SURPRISE!!!! NO

Quality materials and workmanship. Laborers were friendly and hard working. Went the extra mile to make it right. Very happy with the whole experience. Would recommend company to others.

Roof was replaced in a single day, billing was fine. Only problem it is sometimes difficult to get them to return calls

Damaged casings but would not come back to repair. We had to contact another company to finish the job.

Would never use them again. Owner would not talk to me about damages

They have a great service. I had a problem with it first but I talked to the manager and he took care of it because the workers did not do what they said they had done. They were a little late but I was satisfied with their job. I will use them again in the future.

Good work, cleanup could have been better, much better. Did not meet contract obligations as far as cleanup. Salesman did not provide realistic time frame. Took 1 1/2 day longer than he said. Secretary called me one morning and asked me to be at house that afternoon to put up dogs because they were going to start the roof, so I took vacation time. She called about 2:30 and said they wouldn't make it till the next morning. The crew appeared at 7am the next morning and finished by noon. Did not clean up the red tab tar paper nails, and new roofing nails but did pretty good on old nails. We cleaned up about 3-4 dozen nails after they left. Team did half-hearted with magnetic nail pickup. Same thing happened after siding and window team showed up. Both small metal nails, staples and other trash. Again, we picked up nails because we did not want our dogs to get nails in paws. Salesman offered to send crew back the next day but it was too late. Still finding nails two months later; particularly after rain. They messed up the bill and ended giving me about 400+ off so I guess it worked out. contrary to contract, did want final payment prior to work being finished. Did not get it. Regardless of the hassles, they did great work. The workers were polite although they left too many cigarette butts; again, contrary to contract. Still waiting for them to pickup pallet in side yard from materials drop off. It sounds bad but they really did a great job and even prior to cleanup discount, had the best price and I think best materials. We are really happy with the windows. I would recommend them but would stress holding them to the contract.

I found the company perfomed in a very professional manner. They gave me a clear written estimate. They came out to talk to the insurance adjuster. The crew was on time on the day of install. The foreman was helpful and answered all my questions. The crew was courteous and hard working. They perfomed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new roof.

My new roof looks great, they stripped it down to the plywood and replaced it all in a five hour morning. The estimate was done promptly and was sufficiently detailed for me to be sure of what they would do. My problems were probably my lack of knowledge of how roofing works. Once I had told them I wanted them to do the work it seemed that I didn't hear anything for ages and when i called they told me I wasn't an urgent roof repair just a replacement but they would call me on friday or Monday to tell me when they would be there. They didn't and so I called again and finally understood that they decide on Friday, depending on the weather, what they will do early in the week then again on Monday, depending on the weather, they decide what they will do the rest of the week. Once explained it made sense but I wish they had explained it weeks earlier.

Wow.......these guys really blew my socks off. They were professional and punctual. I brought in a signed proposal on Monday and they arrived at 7:00 A.M. the next morning to begin work and were finished by 11:30 the same morning. Atta boy guys. This is how it is supposed to be done. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their services.

They were outstanding. They were courteous, fast, prompt, and the person at the front desk, Christie, was really nice.

Everything went well. The price was competitive. I had a problem with their responsiveness. I would use them again.

I got estimates from several companies in the area. I went over all my paperwork and decided to use Advantage. I used them over 10 years ago to do vinyl siding on another home. I feel like I got the best job for my money. I talked directly to the owner and went over everything I wanted and we started a plan for the crews to begin. The roofing was done over a period of 2 days, when the roofing crew finished, 2 days later the window crew started and that also took 2 days. 3 days after the windows were finished we had an awful rain, blowing wind and rain. I had a small leak on one of the windows and called the next morning and the problem was fixed by 11 am that morning. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home.

My general experience was very good. I met with company rep and recieved an estimate. Was told they would do 1 year no interest loan. This was actually sent to a credit card company and was not well explained as a card just showed up in the mail. They were to start 2 weeks later on the job. They didn't start for 6 weeks due to error on materials that were ordered by their staff and then supply issues from the roofing supply company. The job was to take about four weeks but took about 3 months long to complete. The staff didn't order enough materials and the broke my wind vane. They started my loan payback prior to completing the job, which was a no-no. Also, I was told the roofer worked for the company, but he was a sub-contractor.All that being said you might think it was terrible, but it wasn't. Every problem that came up was addressed very quickly and politely. The workmanship by the sub-contractor was outstanding, they cleaned up all the debris when finished, and were able and willing to answer any questions on site. The replaced the weather-vane and redid a section that I didn't like the look of when initially finished.
I would use them again and definitively thought the workmanship excellent, and thats what matters.

Good Installation- no issues

On July 21, 2011, at 0710 hours, Advantage Vinyl Siding and Roofing started work on my roof and didnot stop until they finished at 1847 hours. The workers were very professional and their supervisor was on hand to aid/assist them if needed and even Russell showed up several times to make sure that the work was being done RIGHT! I was at home during this whole experience and yes it was very noisy and this crew worked efffortlessly to remove my old roof , old roting wood, trimming tree limbs over my roof , applyijg my new roof and shingles and after completing my roofs throughly cleaning up around my house and garage to make sure that no loose nails were left that could cause harm to me, my cars , and ny pets. I was never interrupted by the work crew and they never came into my home or even asked to use the bathroom, even though I would have let them; but they never did. This crew worked tirelessly and did an excellent job on my roof and again I'M VERY HAPPY AND VERY SATISFIED. THANK YOU, ADVANTAGE VINYL SIDING and ROOFING.

Company sent a supervisor the day after we called and requested an estimate for the job. The employee was very professional and explained everything as he inspected what we wanted repaired. He gave us a written estimate of $800. Since this was the best estimate we had received, we requested that they go ahead and do the job. He stated that his crew would be here the next day. The repair crew arrived when they stated that they would and completed the job on the same day for the qouted price. The following day, a supervisor for the company came out and inspected the work done. We have used this company before and they have always shown up when they said they would and have always charged the qouted price.
