"These guys are very responsive when they are trying to sell you something. However, I have had two different projects done with them and I am experiencing problems with the work. I've called twice in the last 10 days to get someone to repair shoddy work and can't even get their service people to set up an appointment or even return calls. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
