Xavier as the lead did most of the work, and Alexas and Benjy assisted him. All guys were professional and did a good job. "We hired Cal to do a major remodel on our two bedroom condo. There are many positive things to say about Cal and his crew. Here are just a few. Cal's communication is first rate. This project was done while we were out of state and Cal communicated with us nearly on a daily basis. He didn't hesitate to offer ideas and often had more than one idea for a solution to sticky remodel problems. That said, he respected our input in every way. Cal was a great listener. If he was ever frustrated with his subs or us, we never knew it as he has a very calm disposition. He also has a good sense of humor which made working with him enjoyable. Even though this project took longer than expected due to COVID-19, Cal's attention to detail and high standards never faded. One of the things we heard many times throughout the process was "we'll make it right" and he always did. Cal went above and beyond what we expected from a contractor. Working on this project from a distance meant that we had to have things shipped and we often had other service providers scheduled at our home when we weren't there. Cal always found a way to get the packages into the condo and made himself or other employees available to open the condo to other service providers. We would not hesitate to use Xquzit Home Improvements in the future and we would HIGHLY recommend Cal to anyone in the area. He was fair and reasonable in the pricing. We got a high quality value for our money."

"William David Design (William Parr) recently installed a 77" TV, with a Motor-Assisted Vertical Travel TV Mount, on our stacked stone fireplace. He was recommended to us by a neighbor, and is now our Gold Standard. William initially gave us a detailed quote for the installation that we found reasonable and accepted. He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). He responded, both quickly and effectively, to all communications, was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and he completed his work in accordance with his quoted price (adjusted for a couple of small items we requested after he began his work). I unhesitatingly give William Parr my highest recommendation to anyone in need of the same or similar services."

"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"

"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

There are two hand hold bars that keep me steady on my feet. They even installed a stone bench inside the custom shower stall so that I can sit comfortably when needed. Premier offers so many colors of real stone that it was hard to choose. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Way to Premier!"
