Also were asked to do exterior trim including any repairs. They make the process easy to accept the proposal and set up their time to come and do the work. Christian and team were AWESOME. He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations.
