"Charels and/or his crew had to make a number of trips to the job site initially to correct some poorly hung dry wall from a previous subcontractor that must have been hired because they were cheap. Charles corrected the problems and returned several times to finish up the smaller items that needed to be finished before painting can start. He was prompt, professional and courteous and he will be the first contractor I call on my next project."

"Painting of the cabinets and walls turned out beautifully, backsplash looked amazing. The ONLY negative thing I have to mention, is that we were left with about 10 black bags filled with the tile and Sheetrock that was removed from our backsplash demo, because he said they had no way of disposing of it. I said no worries, I will put it out with our weekly trash. However, little did I know, our trash company will not pick up any type of construction material. Now I am going to have to find someone and pay to have it removed and hauled away. This is the only reason why I’m giving the one “B”. If you do any type of demo, just make sure that part is taken care of ahead of time so u don’t have extra unexpected charges. Otherwise, Pablo and his crew did a very good job. I would use him again for painting."

"We had them paint the exterior of our home a few years ago and was very pleased. I called them back to do some interior painting. They had to fix a lot of nail holes and set the room up so no paint would get on my furniture and antique rug. We also had some damage to a couple of the walls. They showed up on time and prepped the room, which took some painstaking time, and the results were perfect. I would recommend Justin and his team the next time I want more rooms painted."

"Ken and his team were great to work with for our home painting project. We were buying a new home and the closing date was delayed, Ken was flexible and accommodating on rescheduling and truly appreciated it. After we had to delay the service Ken followed up to ask when we could reschedule, I appreciated the proactive approach. Once they arrived my fiance and I felt Ken's team did a very quality job. They fixes some errors from the previous owner and worked as quickly as possible. Overall I would be happy to use PH Improvement for another project."
