He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations.
