He cancelled doing one of our jobs twice and them came out to perform it on a day that was pouring rain! That was not necessary but after cancelling twice , think he felt he must do it them. Never gave me a written quote but did give verbal on 2 of the items. First item was performed in the rain and seems to be okay. I have not seen a problem with it. I was also given a verbal quote on the 2nd job to begin in a few days. Received call from Andy stating that he had some health issues and would not be available for a few months. Adding additional comments about this pro added March 13,2017. The quality of the work that Andy was able to perform appears to be very good. I would hire Andy again for future jobs when he is available. I would recommend that Andy provide written quotes where possible."
