Andy and his expert crew stepped in on very short notice to help us with home repairs to prepare our home to sell. There were many activities involving repair of siding and trim. But the primary activity involved significant repair of our 15 year old deck. Repairs included replacement of 17+ foot double rim joist and several double joists. The deck repair was tricky and Andy's crew was well prepared with a solid plan and the right tools. The crew was on site for three days, arrived on time, and worked hard. The price was a good value for the work done. I will definitely use HandyAndy the next time I have any home repair projects! Thank you Andy!

We bought a new home and Andy and his team did some repairs to deck base boarding to prevent the leaks. When we sold our old home we had Andy do multiple repairs to get it ready to sell including framing repair and repairing a Garage Overhang that had been chipped away over time. They also painted and did numerous repairs inside. Andy and his team were professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. We were thrilled with the work on our new house, and our old home sold significantly above listing price. We have already recommended them to multiple family members. Thank you Andy!

Andy and his crew are amazing. Andy works very hard and is ALWAYS immediately available if we need him in a pinch (e.g., leaky roof). I trust Andy so much that I've just given him a key to my home so he can swing by when needed. His work is top notch, and he doesn't cut corners. He also has common sense which is lacking in most of the contractors I've hired over the years. I could not recommend Andy enough.

Andy is my GUY. He helped me out on a deal a while back and Im working on a deal now that needed repairs, and andy was THE FIRST GUY I CALLED. He always takes great care of me, does top not h work, and is willing to work with me and my clients to get the deal done. Vs a guy who comes just to collect a check and disappear. I will never use anyone else other than andy. If you use others, you’re missing out. In my line of work, it’s crucial to have a guy that will save your behind when you’re in a bind, someone you can depend on. For me, andy is that guy in my corner.

Great experience with Andy and his crew! Very professional and easy to work with, always on time. They were able to repair items around our windows molding that another contractor wasnâ t able to do. They did not try to sell me on unnecessary repairs and they were able to repair all of the wood rot repairs on our list. As a Realtor, I know how hard it can be to find trustworthy contractors. Workers were timely, respectful, diligent and efficient. We had a rotted window frame they restored to new. Woodpeckers made two holes in exterior of home and now you cannot even tell where they were. We will definitely use Handy Andy in the future and we are already compiling a list of future needs.

There was not really a category that fit our Project. Andy came by and gave us a very reasonable quote for all the services we needed to have taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and actually explained why/how we did not need to have some things done that other contractors recommended which were much more expensive. Andy and his Crew fixed dry rot on our windows and door frames and siding. They patched some dangerously cracked cement driveway. They replaced some broken siding and replaced broken glass window panes. They did a lot of other little things that were not on our punch list but completed the job at no charge. They did all of this while being extremely friendly, clean, and courteous. Not only that, but they were very good with our dogs...and we have 5 of them. We will, 100%, use them again. I highly recommend Handy Andy and his crews!

These guys are very thorough and know what they are doing. HOWEVER, after making a list of various repairs with them, agreeing on prices, signing a contract, etc. they only came out to our house ONE time. So they did maybe a 3rd of our requested repairs on that one day. Then they disappeared off the face of the earth. No return visits, no calls from, no messages, or even returned calls from them. (and this was all BEFORE Covid-19 hit the planet). We sincerely wish Andy well and hope he is ok. He even TOLD us that his company sucked at getting back to people. OK, but we have not heard anything from him in at least 18 months. This behavior is flaky and inexcusable. WHY did we sign a contract with this company and they never held up their end?? I welcome phone calls from you, Andy, (or another rep) if you are reading.

We initially were pleased with the work they did, however, when they agreed to come out and finish painting the wood they installed "After it cured" they failed to return after months of asking them to please complete the project. He told me they had staffing issues and that he would be out. They never came. I would not recommend them for a job.

Andy & team helped us with a variety of projects we needed done to sell our house (cabinet repair, painting- interior & exterior, water heater repair, flooring repair, lighting install) - it is normally impossible to find someone to do that breadth of work but they knocked everything out in a few days and had our house looking tip-top, sold immediately! Highly recommend!

Quality of work was good, however, getting them to finish was consistently a challenge. Unfortunately, the project is still not done yet. Would have given higher rating if the project was done in a timely manner.

Andy and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and really gave me confidence that the job was going to be done right. Andy's thourough review of various exterior wood trim issues really helped me understand the issues and needed repairs. The video he provided was awesome. If I had another project I would call him first. Excellent work completed on time with a great crew.

Handy Andy's owner stopped by and gave me an estimate to repair a portion of my deck which unfortunately was dinner for some termites. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge on how the deck SHOULD be repaired. I had talked to several vendors and his cost was fair. They got me on their schedule fast and the repairs where made in one day! Andy is one of the good ones. He will be my go to guy for home projects and repairs.

HandyANDY Handyman is the real thing. I just thought that a contractor who I found on Angie's List was going come out in a couple of days, look at what was going on, take some pictures, then throw me a number. No, Andy, and that is his name, guided me through a walkaround of my townhome. Not only did he tell me what the initial issue was, he showed and taught me about siding, roofing and home builder "secrets" or should I say shortcuts that may contribute to potential house damage. I got my quote the same day. To my surprise, his team was at my the next morning. And God bless those guys for real. They came to my house in the rain on a Friday morning. They worked withought skipping a beat between the showers. Both workers were very professional and patient. Alberto, the lead team member, informed me right away that not only I had gutter problems, I had a roofing issue that was in desperate need of repair. Of course, I was definitely not prepared for this. I was about to tell them that I can't afford that, but Andy and that is his name, told Alberto to just go on and fix it. That's how HandyANDY Handyman is. This home repair company is willing to work with you. I felt like family was working on my home. I was ready the put some meat on the grill to cook for them after the job was done. I am really surprised that he came back to look over the thorough and fantastic work that the guys did. On top of that, he created this follow-up video for all to see who are interested in getting some home repair work done. I am completely satisfied with the work and anybody who knows me knows I'm about complete satisfaction. Hey I work hard for my money, I want my money's worth and I got it. I'm so excited about getting my next project done with HandyANDY Handyman. I now have a new handyman with HandyANDY Handyman and I hope he becomes yours too.

While we initially were looking to repair a sinking deck and separating stairs, Andy and his team delivered several repair options but also build options. We were considering extending the deck because 3/4 of the original deck had been redesigned into a sun room. With that in mind, Andy's team set to secure the improperly built sun room, level the structure with new support beams, and add on to the old deck. The new deck was beyond our expectations both in style and beauty. We haven't gone a single day without enjoying it, a drastic change from our deck before which was used mostly for small plants. We will hire Andy's team again when we need a pool deck and other structural improvements.

One of my best experiences with a company. They assessed us first, being professionals and clear, then they gave us a good proposal, then They did what we asked, even better and beyond! Doing the extra mile they finish the job in less than 3 days! Above expectations in every detail! Definitely we will look for them again!
