Noe explained what was neccsary and made good recommendations to repair my deck.

Mendez remodeling is an awesome company! When I was interested I called him and he answered right away and came to my house the same evening to evaluate the job. I took to Gilder right away. He is a good person and businessman. He was very fair and willing to work with me. He did check to see if there was anything he could do before I decided to work with him. The job took 4 days because it rained. The men who worked on the deck was respectful of my property and nice guys all around. When they finished it was beautiful! They will be staining and adding lights to my deck as well. I Will definitely use this company again!

Noe and his team were great. They painted the exterior of my house in 3 days and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish. Crew was great and very respectful. They took the time to make sure my needs were met. I hope to use them again for my interior painting in the future. Price was competitive as well.

They were priced very competitively. They started on time and finished on time. They were quick to come out and fix a minor issue that was identified after the job was completed.

Original paint job appeared to be very good. He said he would guarantee the paint job for two years. It has been one year and the paint on the shutters is peeling off and the paint on the trim is bubbling. We have called and emailed multiple times and he is not responsive.

The owner needs to put his jobs in writing. So, the customer and the owner have an understanding of what is to be done, the cost, and the finish product would look like.

Great contractor. They replaced the rotted boards on my deck with new premium boards and restrained my entire deck from top to bottom. They even secured the rails that been weakened from aging wear and tear. My deck looks brand new. I will be calling upon them again when in need.

Only one painter was left to paint the entire inside of our home, which took all week with the house in a mess. The tile people left a mess behind their work for us to clean up. The quality of the work was good, but the service was lacking.

Noe Mendez is a very honest businessman. He gave me a very reasonable price on the painting of the exterior of our house and two decks. His team worked quickly and did an amazing job. Would absolutely recommend him.

The Mr. Noah Mendez and team painted exterior and interior of my neighbors house and was very satisfied with price, quality and customer experience.
