"After returning from a short 2-3 hour shopping trip/lunch, my family and I came home to find that one of our guest bathrooms had a plumbing leak that had spread across two rooms. The leak was discovered by my son after he walked in to his room and stepped onto a soaking wet floor! His room is next to a bathroom, so I was pretty certain that the leak was coming from there but there were no obvious signs of leakage or running water. Matt then turned off the water at the street (I should've done that first, I know!) and then, using a super cool infrared (FLIR?) camera, Matt looked at the wall from my son's bedroom and was able to see where the leak had started (This gave me the information that my plumber was going to need!). In no time and with great urgency, Matt and his crew had enough equipment in the house to suck up the water and began to dry out the floors, carpet and walls. During the entire process, Matt was extremely courteous and thoughtful, explaining what the process of drying entailed as well as explaining how I needed to document everything for insurance purposes. I was clearly stressed out during this time but with Drimaxx, I honestly felt like I had a friend looking out for me through the whole ordeal. I only wish the process with the insurance company went as smoothly as everything went with Drimaxx!"
