Alex was a gentleman. He explained everything he did clearly and sincerely. My leak was fixed, and my bathroom sink is no longer a worry. He came out after 5 pm because I was in desperate need. He upgraded my faucet pipes so that the next new faucet will be a snap to replace. I will hire this company again. They are friendly to seniors.

I can't say enough about the work done by both Nick and Rick and their crews (they know who they are) who were here to replace my sewer line at my home. It was a two day job and they did their work efficiently. Cleaned up all areas. I enjoyed their comaraderie among themselves as well as with myself. Great guys all around. I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing.

The problem was at my elderly mothers home. Micheal G was the plumber. On time, Very personable.Quickly diagnosed the problem. Repairs done promptly with no issues. Cleaned up after repairs and called me after completing the work to let me know what had been done and that all was well with the job and my Mom. I appreciate his work and concern and highly recomend this company and our plumber.

Had Prime Plumbing come out for a leaky faucet---plumber replaced seating gasket and spring---$284.00. The next day, the faucet leaked again--Prime Plumbing came out again to replace another faucet seat--another fee of $74.00 just to fix what was not fixed yesterday--RIPOFF and overpriced--stay away.

This company is extremely organized and workers arrive at 7 A.M. each morning for latest updates and reinforcement on their work procedures. They call before arriving and trucks are fully packed with almost any tools possibly needed. They are ready to start work!!!!! Everything is clean when they leave and all trash from the job is removed. All of my work was completed by Zach who is industrious, excellent at analyzing the situation and quickly finished. He had to get into many awkward positions to complete under-sink replacement of valves and also to create a by-pass for the outdoor spigot. He is totally focused on his mission! The manager is excellent at orchestrating this operation!

I know when I called you guys came out you had a service call $269 and the total repair was $494 but you said there would be no warranty which I can understand if it is maybe a few days later but the same issued happened within 24 hours. I do think you should have come out and take another look just in case the job was not informed all the way through.

"There was a fee of $169 not $269 to come out at midnight, and we did cable your mainline and get everything flowing again. Unfortunately, issues with existing pipes can cause a repeat issue. Water Heater - Repair or Service
I recently called Prime Plumbing and requested a service call because I was having an issue with my water not heating warm enough. After a few days, a tech came out and without even looking at the unit first recommended that the unit be replaced. I asked for him to at least inspect it first before making that recommendation. After three hours of troubleshooting and being on the phone with the manufacture of my gas water heater he finally said that it is most likely the ignitor. This recommendation at first did not make sense to me since I was getting warm water, it was just not warm enough. He stated that there is blue light that flashes and that indicates that the ignitor is intermittently working. I agreed to pay for the part, the installation fee and the $85 service fee just for him to come out, a total of over $400. Shortly after he left the warm water completely stopped and for 7 days my family was taking cold showers. Later I realized that he turned off the heater all together!!! The part finally came in and he replaced the ignitor, the heater worked again but the water was just as warm as it was before, no change at all after the part was replaced. I called Prime Plumbing again and they told me that they can send a tech out if I pay another service fee of $85, I informed them that the problem was never fixed, the symptoms were exactly the same!! I was told that this was what they had to offer, take it or leave it. I emailed the president (owner) of the company and left him a voicemail and he did not bother to respond to my complaint. The manager at Prime Plumbing was completely rude and was a liar, he made up lies and things that were never said by me. When I informed him I will be contacting the owner, he said go ahead and that the owner is never there anyways and will not respond to anything I send. At the end I had to find another plumber on Angies list who came out for Free!! And diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes, it was the mixing valve that needed replacement, it was not mixing the right volume of cold and warm water, the heater itself and the ignitor were working perfectly fine, the blue flashlight was supposed to flash to let me know the system is working fine, this was contrary to what tech from Prime plumbing told me . I am not gaining anything by writing this review, please please think twice before using Prime Plumbing, they are thieves just out to charge you fees and are completely incompetent!!! I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back!

"Not only did we diagnose the issue, but we also confirmed with Rheem the manufacturer which part was failing (the burner assembly) and we helped get this at a discounted price. After we restored functionality to your water heater (it was not even igniting prior to our repair), we did warn that due to the age of the heater and your desire to not replace it there may be other issues, it happened to be the mixing valve which was not apparent until the entire tank was heated. We offered to come back at no additional cost to warranty the issue but you declined and hired someone else to remedy the 2nd issue. You have been insistent on their only being 1 issue the entire time, we have pictures of the heater not firing causing no hot water and your second issue was regarding the mixing valve which caused the water to not be hot enough. Sorry for your troubles and wish you the best of luck! -Logan from Prime Plumbing Inc."
