ENTIRE KITCHEN had to be ripped out and the flooding was on TWO FLOORS of my house. A POLISHED FINISH was NOT COOPERATIVE and their insurance was even worse to deal with!!!!! FIled a formal complaint, finally, with the State of Georgia Insurance Commissioner's Office. $70,000 and 8 months later, I finally have my kitchen back. And I started over with countertops and installation from a REPUTABLE COMPANY. RUN..... RUN from this company!!!!!"

Grab a screwdriver to adjust the tension screw. You must turn it clockwise to increase tension or counterclockwise to decrease it. Make minor adjustments and test the door's movement until it closes smoothly and securely.
