"Judith, I am sorry you feel it was a terrible experience. And it is unfortunate that your words of not wanting to leave us a bad review at the start of your project have come to fruition. However, there must be some confusion regarding the facts you have presented in this review. We reached out multiple times to address the minor touch ups to your major project and worked feverishly to accommodate your busy schedule. To imply we did not make attempts to return to address the touch ups is simply not true. Regarding our painter and your comment, Have people working for them that do not have valid drivers licenses you were fully aware the painters license had expired and was NOT invalid. To say otherwise is misleading and dishonest. Regarding us being careless with the splatters and did not correct them at all. We admit there were splatters, which can happen in our profession, however, we did return and correct the splatters in your home. For you to say otherwise is simply not true. Even though leaving this bad review, as you threatened to do so numerous times throughout the project, we remain grateful for your business and we will continue to reach out to you to honor our commitment to our Five Star Service."

We do request colors at the estimate, in a email prior to starting and on Day 1 when the job is started. In this instance the colors were received on Day 2 of painting which made it difficult."
