Terrible experience, never returned to address some mistakes they made, Have people working for them that don't have valid drivers licenses. They were careless with the splatters and did not correct them. I can not recommend them at all.

"Judith, I am sorry you feel it was a terrible experience. And it is unfortunate that your words of not wanting to leave us a bad review at the start of your project have come to fruition. However, there must be some confusion regarding the facts you have presented in this review. We reached out multiple times to address the minor touch ups to your major project and worked feverishly to accommodate your busy schedule. To imply we did not make attempts to return to address the touch ups is simply not true. Regarding our painter and your comment, Have people working for them that do not have valid drivers licenses you were fully aware the painters license had expired and was NOT invalid. To say otherwise is misleading and dishonest. Regarding us being careless with the splatters and did not correct them at all. We admit there were splatters, which can happen in our profession, however, we did return and correct the splatters in your home. For you to say otherwise is simply not true. Even though leaving this bad review, as you threatened to do so numerous times throughout the project, we remain grateful for your business and we will continue to reach out to you to honor our commitment to our Five Star Service."

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work done by 5-Star. Everyone was professional, on-time & conscientious of quality work. Paul Bowers, project mgr. was responsive to every question & concerns. He was on-site ensuring every detail was addressed. The color consultant, provided by your company, was knowledgeable, and her ability to help us pick out the perfect color was done within 30 minutes. The estimator, whom we worked with from the beginning, was easy to talk to, addressed all our questions and returned all calls quickly. Each person helped to address all issues with the job, and they completed the job on time, on budget and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend 5-Star to anyone considering a large and extensive paint job. Every one on the team was exceptional.

It was a pleasure working with Five Star Painting. The painters did an absolutely wonderful job painting our house. The repairs to the trim was done wonderful too. Mary Jo was on top of everything and was very responsive. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Five Star Painting.

Five Star painted our home and did a great job. From planning to execution the process was smooth. Project Manager Mary Jo effectively explained and managed the process and the team power washed, made siding and other repairs, caulked and painted in a timely manner and cleaned up after completing the job. They lived up to their company name. My wife and I highly recommend Five Star.

I should have insisted and this company should have required a written confirmation of the colors with specific PMS colors and or name of the paint color. Our house was not painted the color we wanted or requested. I relented in the spirit of cooperation but they did not offer up any concessions for their culpability. They are still a good top notch quality company.
