We hired him to paint the upstairs of our rehab (which turned out wonderfully), but he also cased two openings, finished baseboards and repaired sheetrock so the paint would be beautiful! He always kept us informed on the finishing time, he was prompt and willing to work around our schedule. The crew that worked for him were always on time, professional and friendly. They went beyond what we expected. Even though he had 3-4 other projects along with ours, he made it seem like we were the only ones. They attention to details, very knowledgeable, and does not cut corners like some contractors do. They was present when picking tile, granite, and glass. I must admit he suggested a dark metallic floor tile which I resisted because I didn't think it would look good in the bathrooms. Boy was I wrong.
