Ihave been in business for 35 yrs the last 14 for my self.I work by my self but will hire a sub-contractor if nesscary after discusing the reason why with the home owner. I request money up front for material only. The balance due to be paid afyer the job is finished and approved by the homeowner. I give free estimates and offer a 10% discount to FF's Police, and senior citizens.
