"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue."

"I doing everything through Coolray, and they did a good job. It was pretty expensive that I remember. They were pretty thorough, and explained everything. They did it right, and I have had no problems since. The other plumber I had was cheaper, but he wasn't good. I'm still using them. I hope not anything in the future. I had a plumber in the kitchen, and he was apart of the renovations, and you usually don't do that. Just one guy who did the plumbing service."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"We noticed that we had some lights flickering in the master bathroom. Looked at Angie's List and found that TE Certified Electricians had ratings we were comfortable with, so we called and set up an appointment. Jonathan came out and advised us that our Breaker box needed to be replaced, and showed us where the issues were with it. He also advised that with a job of this size, Brookhaven required additional smoke detectors to be placed. They accepted the coupon offered on Angie's List and gave a very reasonable price. The job took 2 1/2 days with several technicians joining Jonathan to get the job finished. They took the time to clean up after themselves and I really appreciated them buying an extra long drill bit to avoid having to cut into my wall to place one of the smoke detectors. They were able to fish the required cable up through the wall after buying the bit."
