"David and helper Josiah (training and soon to be expert!) were very professional and friendly. They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. I highly recommend Palm Springs Plumbing for any job you need done! Oh and the lady in the office was so very nice, as well. Can't forget that, though I am sorry, I forgot her name."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."
