"Byrd’s Family Landscaping was great. The crew did such a wonderful job. They spent time blending stone colors and didn’t just place the pavers as they came off the pallet. The project did take awhile to get started, but I understand weather conditions have such an impact to timelines. Once the job started, the patio was completed in five days. "Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
