"From initial contact until an actual person showed up was less than an hour! I was shocked to learn that someone would be there the same day and beyond surprised when Shaun came so quickly. I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. He then gave me the cost for both toilet repairs, immediately got to work after my approval and was done and out in no time at all. My toilets are working just fine now. The contact person was very nice and helpful and I really appreciated her getting someone to my house so fast. I canâ t say enough nice things about Shaun. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and when he spoke to me to explain what was going on , why and how to correct, he did so in a manner I understood and he didnâ t have a superior attitude. And to top it all off, he put on shoe covers before entering my house. If needed, I will not hesitate to call them again!"

"They were great. So polite and on time. I didn't know if I needed my septic tank emptied and Tammy said they will not do it if it isn't needed. Well Jason showed he when he opened it was almost to the top. He had a really hard time opening the other side but didn't give up till it was open. When they were finished closing it and putting my gravel back (which I didn't expect them to do) hew then explained when I should have it done again. "The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
