I am a Certified Residential Contractor in Florida building high-end custom homes. I was able to review the process and final project and was impressed with his quality of work compared to my regular pool subcontractors in SWFL. The best part though is his return to the project four years later when he corrected the landscape contractor's problem. He showed up on schedule to review the issues, was proactive in the suggesting a nice looking, practical solution, and returned with his crew a couple of days later to complete the project in a single day! "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
