I purchased a home in 2002. The company that installed the original water lines and plumbing is Northwest Plumbing. I have had high water bills for several years. This is due to the water line that was installed in my home by Northwest Plumbing keeps cracking. The company comes to my home to repair it, and within 9 to 12 months, the water is leaking again from the sidewalk. The last time repair was done on my property was in April 2011. I ask the company to honor the warranty, and come out an fix it. They advised they will not, becuase the water line break is in a different location on the same line. I advised the water line is the same line that was repaired by them, and the work they are doing is obviously fautly. Regardless of the wear the breakage in, the water line is still broken. The company has refused to honor the warranty, or reimburse me for my water bills. I have asked for copies of all of my receipts for the last 5 years, and I still have not received them.

I GUESS THAT THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND CAME OUT ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB COURTEOUSLY. I MEAN THAT THEY WERE POLITE AND PERFORMED THEIR JOB.
