They were great! Did a very thorough job and were efficient at the same time! Very polite and friendly as well. We will absolutely hire them again.

I was totally blown away at the thoroughness of the Purged cleaning crew! I needed deep cleaning that included baseboards and ceiling fans. Every inch of my home was cleaned and it was a true pleasure having the Purged crew in my home! It took them three days to completely clean my home. I would definitely recommend them!

!! HIRE Purged Cleaning Services !!!! Tina, the owner, came herself and was wonderful. Due to an injury I could not get some things done and they had piled up (trash, boxes, kitty litter). Tina was AMAZING!!! And so friendly and professional. You could ask her any question and she had the answer. She went above and beyond my expectations. She also vacuumed my stairs (2 story house) and they look amazing. She is very thorough and cleans wonderfully. Also has such a great personality and is very positive! I plan on having her back once I am feeling better, or even before if I can't get to some things. You will love having her in your home as she brings such good energy with her. She has such a great attitude and will do amazing wonders for whatever you need done. She is also amazingly fast, but does not cut corners at all. She just has so much energy and will give you more bang for your buck guaranteed. I have already told family and friends about her. *** IF I COULD GIVE HER 50 STARS I WOULD ****!!!! These people do NOT wipe down - they clean. I can wipe up a spill on the floor and there is no dirt, just the spill. Attention to detail? My toaster is always put back on the same setting after cleaning. Dedicated? We have a sun room, with many windows. They clean them inside and out, even cleaning the window tracks and keep at it until they glisten. Our dog loves them and they are great with her. We were blessed to find Purge Cleaning service.

Tina Ingram and her crew at Purged Cleaning are the best house cleaners that we have ever had, and we have had many in our 40 years of marriage. Her attention to detail and cleanliness standards are simply much higher than other services. She includes steps that others omit or charge extra for, like cleaning baseboards. She does special projects, too, such as annual oven cleaning for us, so that we don't have to hire anyone else. The pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Tina and her outstanding crew.

Extremely well! They do a very thorough job, the entire house sparkles when they are finished. We have a complicated house with a big dog and lots of details but they do a wonderful job! They are very flexible and very efficient! Really I can't say enough about how good they are!! I highly recommend Purged!

Wonderful. We loved Tina and her Purged housecleaning team so much that we have been using them for biweekly cleanings ever since. It is going on 3 years now. They are very thorough and do a great job. Tina has been great to work with us on last minute notice when we have had last minute changes in scheduling. The staff is professional and very friendly. Wonderful!! Purged Cleaning is responsive, detailed, and well managed. They are all you could home for in a cleaning service. We have the same team clean each time (or at least the same lead), which minimizes my time explaining what aspects of the cleaning are most important to me. Excellent! I use on a weekly basis as well as a yearly deep clean. They work with me if I ever need to change my schedule and I highly trust leaving them alone in my home! The owner, Tina, is so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Tina and Melissa are amazing; so detail-oriented! They clean your home like it was their own; I swear when they are finished you could dine on the floor! ;-) They did my move-in cleaning and I was extremely impressed - I immediately hired them to do regular service at both my home and office, as well as referred them to family members. We love these gals! They are thorough, efficient, hardworking, very pleasant & sweet and always willing to work with our schedule.

This was a terrible process. The cleaners were 45 minutes late. We had told them we wanted to do a 2-3 hr cleaning - as deep a cleaning as could be done during that time. My wife confirmed this with the girl when she got there and said we wanted to do three hours max. After about an hour and half this team of 3 people had only done 1.5 bedrooms and was still working on our master bathroom shower. The one girl worked on this shower for an hour and 15 minutes. When we questioned her she said - well we'll be here for 7 hours so I wanted to be really detailed......what? You were told we wanted all rooms done by the 3 people over 3 hours. Insane. We also told them to prioritize the downstairs - which they only got to for about 20 minutes and did not clean at all. This was an atrociously bad service and even worse communication. You could think our house must have been especially filthy, but I promise you it is not. We get it cleaned monthly and my wife cleans in between. If I would have had recourse on my payment I would have taken it - just don't make the same mistake that I made and use this company. Bad service and even worse customer service. I wrote a long e-mail and never even got a response. Cowardly. Like to talk about Jesus and being a Christian company....not a good idea if you represent yourself in this fashion.

Purged Cleaning Services does a great job! They always come on the agreed upon date and time and always do a very thorough job. They are available for special jobs such as cleaning windows and the pricing is always very fair. We have been using their services for several years and I am always happy with the service they provide. In addition, they are very sweet people to deal with. Always kind, interested in how you are doing, and go out of their way to meet your needs. I feel very fortunate to have found them.

It was a fantastic experience. Very professional and VERY thorough. My home has NEVER been this clean. The staff was hard working detailed oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny in the house. We have 2 dogs so it was especially challenging for them. I look forward to setting up a regular schedule so I maintain all of the hard work this company performed.

Not good. We were very clear about the budget when we first set up the appt as we only charge our tenants $250 and we then pay on average an additional $250 each time for a total of $500 for cleaning. In fact, I pulled the invoices from the companies we previously worked with for cleaning and not one exceeded 6 hours with 2 people for this house. The only reason we weren't working with the prior firms this time is that the new tenant needed to move in quickly and our regular firms did not have availability. Just days before the cleaning the Purged business owner contacted us and said she was excited to clean a home like ours so she would personally handle our appointment. She then started telling me she wanted to bring extension ladders for our 35 foot ceilings and she wanted to clean the windows. I explained that was unnecessary as we hire a window cleaning service, etc each year. I again reminded her that we only wanted a good move out cleaning and she admitted she did not have the notes from our original request. So I told her everything again. She also asked if I could arrange for her to access the home on Friday evening instead of Saturday morning. We made this happen and got someone to meet her. On Friday evening she was late and the person we had meeting her reached out for an ETA and never received a response at all. I apologized to the friend that had waited. Anita then explained that she had a team leader abruptly quit that morning. I told her that we would have someone meet her at the home no later than 9:30am the next day and she agreed and began telling me about her faith. I'm a person faith as well, but her statements sounded more like excuses. Well, the next morning, Anita did not show up on time and once again, I had to follow up to see how late she was going to be as our friend had another engagement. Minutes after Anita arrived she called to ask once again if I wanted her to climb on top of the cabinets to access the tips of cabinets that no one can ever see as they are about 20 feet off the ground, I explained that I did not want to waste time and money on such things and would simply like the home cleaned for the executive moving in. And I could go on and on. The bottom line is this firm is unprofessional, inexperienced and most importantly, they do NOT listen to customer requests. This was the way the entire service went with them, and most importantly after all of that and her not remembering that the home was three levels (again, she did not have her original OR secondary notes as we made that clear too) so she ran over the time. This also resulted in basic items like counters and window sills on the main floor not being touched. These are basics and well within the $500 budget we gave her. Yet, she went over budget $612.45 and still could not get the basics done. So, I would not recommend this company at all. It was a horrible experience and just not worth the drama. We paid them and pray they will learn to act with integrity and provide stellar service if they are going to tout your faith.
