He also installed folding stairs to replace the ladder system we had been using. It's a very small room and for ten years no one else would even attempt to help us solve the issue. But Moran Vered did a wonderful job. He also helped us get kick drawers installed beneath our kitchen and bathroom cabinets for extra storage. There are contractors that will tell you anything to get the job and then can't deliver. Jason provided me with a time along with time and week each portion would be completed with the total dollar amount due. "Junior came out and tried cleaning our salt cell to see if this would fix the issue. We ending up needing to have it replaced. He ordered the part and was back out 3 days later. He also took our filters to clean. I was impressed that he came out the first day during the time frame scheduled. That day, there was a horrible on and off rain storm so I was expecting to get a call to reschedule. But Junior showed up that day and resolved our issue and then came back out on Saturday to finish the job. He explained and showed us how he diagnosed the problem and solved it. Junior is very knowledgeable and professional. I will defiantly call Absolute Pools and request Junior when I have another problem."
