He did an awesome job! He was also 10 minutes early, which never seems to happen with hiring someone. While he was here, I also got a quote on replacing all of the drywall in our garage, and gave me a reasonable price. If we move forward, we will definitely hire him again!

I had a repair job to my garage ceiling after the existing drywall ceiling collapsed. Jimmy and his crew completed the job on time and without any issues, removed debris and cleaned up. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I had a nightmare experience with Rivers Drywall. He put drywall in less than half of the house and walked away. Hired him to drywall a 2 Br. townhome. Before the job we discussed some things but after the check was received he switched on me. Tried to force me to do things his way. No customer service. Communication was horrible. Refused to call, said he only texts. Never showed up when he said. Kept me waiting for hours. Unprofessional. Disrespected the property. Workers would not use the toilet. Found urine on the siding. One guy left his urine in the bucket that the screws came in and on the floor. Would not follow instructions to hang per code. Got in my face in an attempt to intimidate me. Threatened to not return unless I did what he said which was contrary to what we agreed. This was after he cashed my down payment of $4125.00 Subcontracted part of the work without my approval. I do not hire people who sub work out. One guy on the crew spit on my bedroom floor twice. I got the alcohol out of my Covid-19 kit and wiped it to let him know this was not ok. Jimmy Rios can not be trusted and knows nothing about running a business. Had to insist on proof of payment after he said your check is your receipt. Does not supervise the people he hires. He says he has a team but he just rounds up people as needed and calls them his **guys**. Some of the installers were skilled but that did not override the horrible experience. I would not recommend. On day 4 he said he was coming in the morning with 3 guys. He showed up at 2pm. Brought in some damaged fire code drywall. I showed him where he damaged my door frame and I pointed out things the last crew he sent did wrong. Because I complained he collected his tools, the urine, and one trash bag. He left rooms full of trash and drywall scraps. He said since he could not make me happy he would walk away. Something is really off and wrong about this guy. After all that he drove off and sent me a text asking for a $1600 more dollars.

I hired them t do a complete sheetrock of a basement room with a very tight deadline due to family visiting and they finished 8 days early and on budget! Great job very knowledgeable, very courteous , and very professional!

It was a fair job. They tried their best to match the previous pattern on the ceiling. There was a few brush strands left in the drywall. Young guys, so I wouldn't be too hard on them. I know what it's like to be just starting out.

On time, fair price, high quality work, what else can I say, I would hire Jimmy and crew again in a heartbeat.
