AFM Painting

First time hiring painters/contractors. By far the best communication I got out of anyone before, during, and at the end of my project. Already recommended them to two other people and I plan on coming back to them if I have another need in the near future. Very professional and also general good people it seems. Hired for a total inside paint, de-popcorning ceilings, and fixing two walls that had issue. Everything is beautiful and they even fixed up a few spots at the walkthrough as I pointed them out.

Matthew and team were timely and communicated well during my interior repair. We need a ceiling repaired in the foyer with 18' ceilings. They tarped the entire foyer, fixed the drywall, and repainted the entire ceiling...it looks great! Thank you!

The quality of the actual paint job was mediocre. However, a final walk-through with Matthew never happened and when I got home after they finished, we were left with drywall pieces ALL OVER the carpet upstairs and paint drips ALL OVER the wood floors downstairs (he then told me to vacuum and use my finger nail to scrape paint off the wood floors). They apparently did not 'cover flooring' as well as he bragged that they would. They also did not remove bathroom towel bars (even though we said they did not have to put them back up because we were going to replace them) as there were obvious brush strokes behind each one. They also busted our master bedroom door. We scheduled several times for him to come back for touch-ups and to replace the door, and he continuously cancelled the day of, I finally gave up. I sent him pictures of everything, he promised to fix it, he never showed up. Not to mention he did not complete all items we discussed in the original quote, yet still charged the same amount.
