"Great job moving and tuning the piano. Although it’s important to note that the price may go up $100 once they reach you “for this or that” various reason. Also important to note tuning IS NOT included in the quote the owner gives you- though their wording in conversation may be a little misleading for some. Quoted $250 for transporting and tuning. Ended up paying $350 for transport (even though they drove to van into the yard and literally right TO the room door where it was to be delivered… then an additional $195 charged for tuning. Total: $545.00 Overall the tuning was done well and they were very careful with the piano, just need some work on customer service…"

"Piano had been moved and sitting for a few years. Needed some minor repairs and full tuning. Nicky was on time, completed the service in a friendly and professional manner. All was done exactly as agreed upon. Piano sounds much better. Will call on Nicky for my next tuning."

"It was a perfect move. The movers were very nice and professional. Will highly recommend!"

"I hired them because their rate was the most reasonable. And, WOW, they did a terrific job. Not only did the expediter contact me to reaffirm the move, the movers also called when they saw they were going to be a half-hour late. And they showed up exactly at the time promised. They moved my piano up the stairs and in position, so all I had to do was sit down and play. The movers were courteous and efficient. Could not have chosen a better company."

"My entire experience with Move Buddies was excellent. They were able to accommodate my move schedule, arrived on time, brought the necessary equipment and completed the move in a timely manner. My furniture was fully wrapped to prevent damage. The movers were friendly and very professional. We moved out of a huge apartment building and the freight elevator and loading dock was almost 2 blocks away. I discussed the need for carts and dollies with the person who booked the move and the movers came with everything they needed to complete the move in a timely manner. Although we were paying by the hour, we did not think that there was any unnecessary delays. Very satisfied and would hire them again!"

"Anna was very kind and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Waren and his helper were very friendly and efficient. They moved 2 couches into a hard to get to space with ease. They even offered to go back to pick up a recliner that didn’t come in on time. They offer a military discount which I admire greatly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends and family."
