However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the timing and the claims process. Your original move was scheduled for between 8:30 AM and noon. On the day of the move, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule the arrival to the afternoon. Our team arrived at 3:24 PM, which was in line with the updated time frame. Regarding the damage, we are actively addressing your claim in accordance with the Bill of Lading Contract that you signed. Our CAF Claims Management Solution team has been working diligently to resolve the matter, and proper adjustments have been made to the payment received. The deposit was indeed applied to your job. We believe there was a simple misunderstanding when you asked if the amount due included the deposit. We interpreted your question as asking whether the deposit was being charged again, which is why we clarified that it was a separate payment that had already been processed.
