On the day of the move, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule the arrival to the afternoon. Our team arrived at 3:24 PM, which was in line with the updated time frame. Regarding the damage, we are actively addressing your claim in accordance with the Bill of Lading Contract that you signed.
